We meet with clients in person at our Carlton office or remotely via phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp. No matter where you are located, you can access the same expert legal advice and personalised support.
Can I get legal advice over the phone?
Yes. We offer consultations and legal advice by phone and online via WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, making it easy to access our services whether you are in Australia or overseas.
Is SSI Legal a registered legal practice?
Yes. SSI Legal is a registered Australian legal practice and is authorised to provide legal services nationally. If you would like further information, we are happy to provide details of the lawyer handling your matter.
Will my case remain confidential?

Do I need to know which visa or pathway is right for me before contacting SSI Legal?
No. If you are unsure which visa or immigration pathway may be appropriate for your circumstances, our team can help you understand your options and identify the most suitable next steps.
How much does a consultation cost?
SSI Legal offers a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your situation, answer initial questions and determine how we may be able to assist. If ongoing legal advice or representation is required, we will explain the scope of work and provide clear information about fees before any work begins.
Can SSI Legal assist clients who are overseas?
Yes. We regularly assist clients living outside Australia and have extensive experience providing legal advice and representation remotely. Consultations can be arranged via phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp, making it easy to access our services wherever you are located.
Whether you are applying for a visa, seeking Australian citizenship, responding to a visa refusal, or sponsoring family members, we can guide you through the process from overseas with the same level of personalised support and legal expertise as our Australian based clients.
